Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what 주식회사 뮬리즈 ("Ppomi", "we") does with personal data when you use Ppomi.app, the Ppomi MCP server, the Ppomi Chrome extension and https://ppomi.muilyzz.com (the "Service"). We are the controller of the data described here.
In one paragraph. Your account is your email (and Google ID if you use Google). Our server keeps a ledger of your runs—status and exit code, step count, decision count, cost and duration—but not what the errand was or what the page said. To pick each step, Ppomi sends our server a compact text description of the page (title, URL, up to 80 observation facts, recent steps, the names of clickable candidates) which we forward to the Typesafe decision-model provider through Vercel AI Gateway, or directly when the gateway is unavailable; we do not store it in our database. Image transmission is off by default. If you enable image understanding in Ppomi.app, a target-window image and observation context may be sent to our server, Vercel AI Gateway and Google Gemini when text and app structure are insufficient. Our server does not store these images. OCR runs on your Mac. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy; we never see your card.

2. What we collect, and where it goes

2.2 Local data and optional image transmission
- Screenshots. Target-window or visible-tab images support OCR, the local display and action evidence. Images are not saved on every monitoring poll; selected confirmed states and action evidence may be kept in the local
shots/folder. Only when image transmission is enabled may an uncertain observation send its image through the model route above. Disabling the setting stops subsequent image-analysis uploads. - OCR. Text recognition runs on your Mac using Apple Vision. Recognised text, bounds and confidence may be included in state requests. OCR alone does not upload its image.

~/Library/Application Support/Ppomi/session.jsonholds your app token (valid ≤90 days, revoked on sign-out). - Pending approvals.
~/Library/Application Support/Ppomi/continuations/stores, for at most 5 minutes, an ID plus SHA-256 digests needed to resume an approved action. No page content is written. - Run trail. State/action history and selected image evidence may be kept in the local
trace/andshots/folders. Our server ledger does not store screen contents or images. - MCP host configuration. With your confirmation, Ppomi.app adds a
ppomientry to~/.cursor/mcp.jsonand/or~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json, and writes~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/NativeMessagingHosts/com.muilyzz.ppomi.jsonso the extension can reach the app. - Your instructions and the pages you visit are processed on your Mac and, as described above, sent as text for each decision; the MCP host you use (e.g. Cursor, Claude Desktop) also sees the instruction and the result it requested under its own privacy terms.
Deleting Ppomi.app and the ~/Library/Application Support/Ppomi folder removes all local data.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

We do not use your data for advertising, do not run analytics or tracking scripts on the site, and do not train models on your instructions or page contents. We contractually require the decision-model provider not to use request data for model training.
Under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (PIPA), the collection above and the overseas processing in §5 are necessary to perform the Service contract. We disclose the overseas transfer before sign-up and obtain separate consent where applicable law requires it.
5. International transfers
We are established in Republic of Korea. Neon, Vercel, Lemon Squeezy and the Typesafe decision API process the data listed in §4 in the United States over encrypted network connections whenever you sign in, use the Service or pay, and retain it for the periods in §6. For EU/EEA/UK/Swiss users, transfers use a provider’s applicable EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification where available and otherwise the provider’s Data Processing Addendum incorporating Standard Contractual Clauses and, for the UK, the UK Addendum. Korea’s 2021 EU adequacy decision covers transfers from the EU to us as a Korean controller. For Korean users, these transfers are necessary to provide the requested cloud service under PIPA §28-8; we provide this notice before sign-up and obtain separate consent where legally required.

8. Security
Tokens are verified against Neon's signing keys; app tokens are stored only as SHA-256 hashes and can be revoked instantly by signing out; webhooks from Lemon Squeezy are HMAC-verified; instructions are trimmed and long digit sequences are redacted on your Mac before leaving it; local files are written with owner-only permissions. No system is perfectly secure—use a strong password, keep macOS updated and grant Accessibility/Screen Recording only to Ppomi. If we learn of a breach affecting you we will notify you and regulators as the law requires (PIPA: without delay and within 72 hours; GDPR: within 72 hours).
9. Your rights
Everyone
You can see your balance, plan and next refill on the Usage page and can sign out of the app to revoke its token. For access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, email help@muilyzz.com. We will verify that the request comes from the account's email and respond within 30 days (PIPA: 10 days) unless the law allows longer.
EU / EEA / UK (GDPR, UK GDPR)
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. The decision model chooses UI actions in your own session under your instruction and with your approval for consequential steps; it does not make decisions about you. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, and you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (for the UK, the ICO).
California and other US states (CCPA/CPRA and similar)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than providing the Service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. To exercise rights, email help@muilyzz.com; an authorised agent may act for you with written permission. Because we do not sell or share data, no "Do Not Sell or Share" link is needed; we honour Global Privacy Control signals as opt-outs in any case.
Republic of Korea (PIPA)
You may request to view, correct, delete or suspend processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent, through help@muilyzz.com or the privacy officer named in §1. Legal representatives may act for users under 14 (we do not accept such users). For complaints you may also contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (privacy.kr · 118) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (kopico.go.kr · 1833-6972).
10. Children
The Service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We will post changes here and update the effective date; for material changes we will also notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days in advance where required. The English text controls; the Korean text is a courtesy translation.

2.2 로컬 데이터와 선택적 이미지 전송
- 스크린샷. 대상 창 또는 보이는 탭의 이미지를 OCR, 화면 표시, 행동 증거에 사용합니다. 매 감시 주기의 이미지를 저장하지 않으며, 확인한 새 상태나 행동 증거로 선택한 이미지는 Mac의
shots/폴더에 저장될 수 있습니다. 이미지 전송을 허용한 경우에만 불확실한 상태를 판정하기 위해 해당 이미지를 위 모델 경로로 보냅니다. 설정을 끄면 다음 이미지 판정부터 전송하지 않습니다. - OCR. 문자 인식은 Mac의 Apple Vision으로 수행합니다. 인식된 글자·위치·신뢰도는 상태 판정 요청에 포함될 수 있습니다. OCR만 사용하는 경우 이미지 자체는 전송하지 않습니다.

회사는 개인정보를 광고에 사용하지 않고, 사이트에 분석·추적 스크립트를 두지 않으며, 이용자의 지시나 페이지 내용으로 모델을 학습시키지 않습니다. 결정 모델 제공자에게도 요청 데이터를 모델 학습에 사용하지 못하도록 계약상 요구합니다.
개인정보 보호법(PIPA)상 위 수집과 5조의 국외 처리는 서비스 계약 이행에 필요합니다. 가입 전에 국외 이전 내용을 공개하고, 관련 법률이 요구하는 경우 별도 동의를 받습니다.
4. 개인정보의 처리위탁·제공(수탁자와 수령자)
회사는 아래 서비스 제공자에게만 회사의 지시에 따라 처리하도록 개인정보를 제공하며, 법률이 요구하는 경우 관계 기관에 제공합니다.

회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며 맥락 간 행태 광고를 위해 공유하지 않습니다.
5. 국외 이전
회사는 Republic of Korea에 설립되어 있습니다. Neon, Vercel, Lemon Squeezy 및 Typesafe 결정 API는 이용자가 로그인·서비스 이용·결제할 때마다 4조의 항목을 암호화된 네트워크로 미국에서 처리하고 6조의 기간 동안 보유합니다. EU/EEA/영국/스위스 이용자에 대해서는 가능한 경우 제공자의 EU–미국 Data Privacy Framework 인증을, 그 외에는 표준계약조항(SCC)과 영국 부속서가 포함된 제공자의 개인정보 처리 부속합의를 근거로 합니다. 대한민국의 2021년 EU 적정성 결정은 EU에서 한국 처리자인 회사로의 이전에 적용됩니다. 한국 이용자의 경우 이 이전은 요청한 클라우드 서비스 제공을 위한 개인정보 보호법 제28조의8상 계약 이행에 필요하며, 가입 전에 본 내용을 공개하고 법률상 필요한 경우 별도 동의를 받습니다.

보유 기간이 끝나면 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 출력물은 파쇄 또는 소각합니다.
7. 쿠키
웹사이트는 로그인 후에만 자사 쿠키 하나(ppomi_session)를 설정합니다. 사용량 페이지가 이용자를 인식할 수 있도록 단기 Neon JWT를 담으며, HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax이고 토큰과 함께(최대 15분) 만료됩니다. 필수 쿠키로 동의가 필요하지 않습니다. Neon Auth는 자체 인증 도메인에 세션 쿠키를, Lemon Squeezy는 결제 페이지에 자체 쿠키를 각자의 방침에 따라 설정합니다. 분석·광고·소셜 미디어 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다. Ppomi.app은 쿠키를 사용하지 않고 2.2조의 세션 파일에 토큰을 저장합니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
토큰은 Neon의 서명 키로 검증하고, 앱 토큰은 SHA-256 해시로만 저장하며 로그아웃으로 즉시 폐기할 수 있습니다. 9. 정보주체의 권리

사용량 페이지에서 무료 실행의 남은 횟수, 요금제, 초기화 시각을 볼 수 있고, 앱에서 로그아웃하여 토큰을 폐기할 수 있습니다. 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 이동, 이의 제기는 help@muilyzz.com로 요청하십시오. 계정 이메일로 요청자임을 확인한 뒤, 법률이 더 긴 기간을 허용하지 않는 한 30일(개인정보 보호법: 10일) 이내에 답합니다.

열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 이동, 이의 제기의 권리와, 법적 또는 이에 준하는 중대한 효과를 갖는 전적으로 자동화된 결정의 대상이 되지 않을 권리가 있습니다. 결정 모델은 이용자의 지시와(중대한 단계에서는) 승인 아래 이용자 본인의 세션에서 UI 행동을 고르는 것이며, 이용자 에 관한 결정을 내리지 않습니다. 동의에 근거한 처리는 언제든 동의를 철회할 수 있고, 감독기관(영국은 ICO)에 불만을 제기할 수 있습니다.
캘리포니아 및 기타 미국 주(CCPA/CPRA 등)
수집·이용·공유되는 개인정보를 알 권리, 삭제·정정을 요구할 권리, 권리 행사로 차별받지 않을 권리가 있습니다. 회사는 CCPA가 정의하는 의미의 개인정보 판매나 공유를 하지 않으며, 민감 개인정보를 서비스 제공 외의 목적으로 이용·공개하지 않습니다. 16세 미만의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 권리 행사는 help@muilyzz.com로 하며, 서면 위임을 받은 대리인도 가능합니다. 판매·공유가 없으므로 "판매·공유 금지" 링크는 필요하지 않지만, Global Privacy Control 신호는 옵트아웃으로 존중합니다.
대한민국(개인정보 보호법)
help@muilyzz.com 또는 1조의 개인정보 보호책임자를 통해 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지, 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 법정대리인은 대리 행사할 수 있습니다(회사는 그러한 이용자를 받지 않습니다). 그 밖에 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kr · 국번 없이 118), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(kopico.go.kr · 1833-6972)에 상담·신고할 수 있습니다.
10. 아동
서비스는 성인(18세 이상)을 대상으로 합니다. 아동의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않으며, 아동이 계정을 만든 것으로 판단되면 알려 주시면 삭제합니다.
11. 변경
변경 사항은 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 법률이 요구하는 경우 최소 14일 전에 이메일 또는 앱으로도 알립니다. 영어 원문이 우선하며 한국어는 편의 번역입니다.
