Refund Policy

Pro subscriptions are sold by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy appears on your card statement, collects any VAT/GST/sales tax, issues the receipt and processes refunds. When we approve a refund, Lemon Squeezy returns the money to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank (typically 5–10 business days).

• Pro costs $5.00 per month. Each successful payment adds $5.00 of usage credit to your wallet immediately; credit is consumed at 1¢ per decision request as errands run, and Pro balance carries over while the subscription is active.
• Free credit ($1.00 monthly floor) is a gift, has no cash value and is never refundable.
• Free run allowances (hourly, daily, weekly) spend one run when a run is admitted. A run that ends without a single answer from the model does not spend one: no model cost was incurred for it, and the allowance returns by itself the moment that run ends, with nothing to ask for. Once the model has answered even once, that run counts as spent, even if the errand was stopped before it finished.

Because credit is delivered and usable the moment payment succeeds, Pro is a digital service that begins immediately.

You can cancel at any time from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (the "Manage subscription" button on the Usage page). Cancellation stops future charges; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not prorate the current period except where required by law.

• EU/EEA and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. Because Pro credit is a digital service supplied immediately, performance begins immediately at your request. Regardless of checkout wording, we accept EU/UK refund requests made within 14 days for the unused portion. Our 14-day policy above is intended to meet or exceed this right.
• Korean consumers may withdraw from a distance purchase within 7 days under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, except where digital content has already begun to be supplied with the consumer's express consent and this was clearly disclosed in advance. Until that disclosure and consent are recorded at checkout, we honour a withdrawal request made within 7 days for the unused portion. If the service materially differs from what was advertised, withdrawal is possible within 3 months of supply or 30 days of learning of the difference.
• US consumers. State automatic-renewal laws (for example California's ARL) require that you can cancel online as easily as you subscribed; the Lemon Squeezy customer portal provides this. Where your state grants refund rights beyond this policy, those rights apply.
• Other jurisdictions. Where local law grants you refund rights that exceed this policy, those rights apply.
• Nothing here limits your rights against Lemon Squeezy under its own refund terms.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; a chargeback on a valid charge may lead to suspension of the account until it is resolved. We may decline refunds where we reasonably detect abuse (for example repeatedly subscribing, consuming credit and requesting refunds), except where a refund is required by law.

Email help@muilyzz.com from the address on your account with your Lemon Squeezy order number (on the receipt) and, if relevant, the run IDs you are disputing. You may also start a refund request from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; they forward it to us. We respond within 5 business days.

We may update this policy for future purchases; the version in force when you paid applies to that payment. See the effective date above.

Pro 구독은 회사의 재판매자이자 판매자(Merchant of Record)인 Lemon Squeezy, LLC가 판매합니다. 카드 명세서에는 Lemon Squeezy가 표시되고, 부가세·판매세 징수, 영수증 발행, 환불 처리를 Lemon Squeezy가 담당합니다. 회사가 환불을 승인하면 Lemon Squeezy가 원 결제수단으로 환불하며, 소요 기간은 은행에 따라 다릅니다(보통 영업일 5~10일).

• Pro는 월 $5.00입니다. 결제가 성공하면 즉시 지갑에 $5.00 크레딧이 추가되고, 심부름이 실행되면 **결정 요청 1건당 1¢**씩 소비됩니다. 구독 유지 중 Pro 잔액은 이월됩니다.
• Free 크레딧(월 $1.00 하한)은 무상 제공으로 현금 가치가 없으며 환불되지 않습니다.
• 무료 실행 한도(시간·일·주)는 실행이 접수될 때 1회 소진됩니다. 다만 모델이 한 번도 답하지 않은 채 끝난 실행은 한도를 소진하지 않습니다 — 해당 실행에는 회사의 모델 비용이 발생하지 않으며, 그 한 회는 실행이 끝나는 즉시 자동으로 돌아옵니다. 별도 요청이 필요 없습니다. 모델이 한 번이라도 답했다면 실행이 도중에 막혔더라도 그 1회는 소진된 것으로 봅니다.

크레딧은 결제 성공 즉시 제공되어 사용할 수 있으므로 Pro는 즉시 개시되는 디지털 서비스입니다.

사용량 페이지의 "구독 관리" 버튼으로 연결되는 Lemon Squeezy 고객 포털에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하면 이후 청구가 중단되고, Pro는 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 유지됩니다. 진행 중인 기간은 법률상 요구되는 경우를 제외하고 일할 계산하지 않습니다.

• EU/EEA 및 영국 소비자는 원격 계약에 대해 14일의 철회권을 갖습니다. Pro 크레딧은 즉시 제공되는 디지털 서비스이므로 이용자의 요청에 따라 이행이 즉시 시작됩니다. 결제 화면의 문구와 관계없이 14일 이내 EU/영국 환불 요청은 미사용 부분에 대해 수용합니다. 위 14일 정책은 이 권리를 충족하거나 상회하도록 마련되었습니다.
• 대한민국 소비자는 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따라 7일 이내 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다. 다만 소비자의 명시적 동의를 받고 사전에 명확히 고지한 상태에서 디지털 콘텐츠의 제공이 이미 개시된 경우에는 예외입니다. 결제 화면에서 그 고지와 동의가 기록되기 전에는 7일 이내 철회 요청을 미사용 부분에 대해 수용합니다. 서비스가 표시·광고 내용과 다르거나 계약 내용과 다르게 이행된 경우 공급받은 날부터 3개월 이내, 그 사실을 안 날부터 30일 이내에 철회할 수 있습니다.
• 미국 소비자. 주 자동갱신법(예: 캘리포니아 ARL)은 구독할 때와 같이 쉽게 온라인으로 해지할 수 있어야 한다고 요구하며, Lemon Squeezy 고객 포털이 이를 제공합니다. 거주 주가 이 정책보다 넓은 환불 권리를 부여하면 그 권리가 적용됩니다.
• 기타 지역. 현지 법률이 이 정책보다 넓은 환불 권리를 부여하면 그 권리가 적용됩니다.
• 본 정책은 Lemon Squeezy의 자체 환불 약관에 따른 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

은행에 이의를 제기하기 전에 먼저 회사에 연락해 주십시오. 정당한 청구에 대한 차지백은 해결될 때까지 계정 정지로 이어질 수 있습니다. 반복 구독·크레딧 소진·환불 요청 등 남용이 합리적으로 확인되면 법률상 환불이 요구되는 경우를 제외하고 환불을 거절할 수 있습니다.

계정 이메일로 help@muilyzz.com에 Lemon Squeezy 주문번호(영수증에 표시)와, 해당되면 이의가 있는 실행 ID를 적어 보내 주십시오. Lemon Squeezy 고객 포털에서 환불 요청을 시작할 수도 있으며, 그 경우 회사로 전달됩니다. 영업일 5일 이내에 답합니다.

회사는 이후 구매에 대해 본 정책을 변경할 수 있습니다. 결제 시점에 유효한 버전이 해당 결제에 적용됩니다. 상단의 시행일을 참조하십시오.
