The disclosures required for Korean users by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (상호·대표자·주소·전화·이메일·사업자등록번호·통신판매업신고번호) are included above, in the Korean section below and in the site footer.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to enter a binding contract. Ppomi is a paid automation tool that acts inside your own accounts and browser; it is not directed at children and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.

Ppomi runs "errands" on your Mac on your instruction. Concretely:

• Ppomi.app is a macOS application. It signs you in, holds your session, shows the approval card, and—only with your confirmation—writes a Ppomi entry into the configuration of MCP hosts you already use (Cursor: ~/.cursor/mcp.json; Claude Desktop: claude_desktop_config.json) and installs a Chrome native-messaging host manifest so the extension can talk to the app.
• The Ppomi MCP server ships inside the app and exposes exactly one tool, run. An MCP host (for example an AI assistant) calls run with a structured task specifying intent, target, goal and completion conditions; Ppomi carries it out and returns a status and a before/after summary of the page.
• Eyes and hands. Ppomi observes and acts through the Ppomi Chrome extension (reads the page structure of the active tab, clicks and types in it), through macOS Accessibility (reads the element tree of the front app and moves the pointer/keyboard), and through on-device OCR (Apple Vision, running on your Mac) when an element has no accessible text.
• Decisions. At each step Ppomi sends a compact description of the current page (title, URL, up to 80 observation facts, the last 8 steps taken and the names of the clickable candidates) to our server, which asks a third-party decision model to pick one action from that closed list or to stop. Ppomi never asks a model to click arbitrary screen coordinates.
• Approval card. If the decision model judges an action may spend money or irreversibly submit, order, delete, send, or change an account, or if the extension detects that a click would send such a request, Ppomi pauses and shows an approval card in Ppomi.app with the page, the action, the reason and a local screenshot. Nothing consequential proceeds until you press Approve. Pending approvals expire after 5 minutes.
• Budgets. Each run is capped at 24 steps and 90 seconds and stops earlier when the model is not confident, when you decline, or when the execution assessment limit is reached.

The Service is early-stage software and may change or be withdrawn. Download the macOS installer only from our official website and review any security notice shown by macOS before installing.

Accounts are provided through Neon Auth. You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password. Ppomi.app exchanges a short-lived web session for an app token that stays valid for up to 90 days unless you sign out (which revokes it) or we revoke it. You are responsible for keeping your Mac, your Google account and your password secure, and for everything done through your account. Tell us at help@muilyzz.com immediately if you suspect misuse.

Ppomi acts on your behalf, inside your own browser and apps, using your own logins. You accept that:

• Every instruction you (or an MCP host you have connected) send to run is your instruction. You are responsible for its content and consequences.
• Approving an action on the approval card is your decision. Before approving, read the page, the action and the reason shown. Once approved, Ppomi performs the action exactly as if you had clicked it yourself; we cannot undo it.
• Automation can misfire: the decision model may pick the wrong candidate, a page may change under it, OCR may misread pixels, or a site may block automated input. Ppomi is designed to stop rather than guess when confidence is low, but you should verify outcomes—especially anything involving money, messages, deletions or account settings.
• You remain bound by the terms of every website and application Ppomi touches for you, and by the terms of the MCP host you connect (for example Cursor or Claude Desktop).

You agree not to use the Service to:

• access, or attempt to access, accounts, systems or data that are not yours or that you are not authorised to use, or to bypass authentication, CAPTCHAs, rate limits, paywalls or other access controls of any site;
• scrape, harvest or extract content or personal data in violation of a site's terms, robots directives or applicable law, or build datasets from third-party sites;
• send spam, harassment, fraudulent orders, fake reviews, or otherwise deceive or harm third parties;
• interfere with, overload or reverse engineer our servers or the decision API, share or resell your credentials or app tokens, or create accounts in bulk;
• circumvent execution limits or the approval card, or modify the app, extension or MCP server so that consequential actions run without confirmation;
• process others' special-category personal data (health, biometrics, etc.) or content that is unlawful where you are;
• use the Service where doing so is prohibited by sanctions or export laws.

We may suspend or limit an account we reasonably believe is in breach.

To work, Ppomi asks macOS for Accessibility (to read and operate other apps) and, when it needs to capture a window for OCR or for the approval card, Screen Recording. The Chrome extension requests the tabs and scripting permissions and access to http://*/* and https://*/* so it can read and act in whichever tab you point it at. You grant and can revoke these permissions at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security and in Chrome → Extensions; with them revoked, Ppomi will report that it cannot proceed rather than fail silently. OCR runs entirely on your Mac using Apple's Vision framework; image transmission is off by default. Enabling image understanding permits target-window images to be sent through our server and Vercel AI Gateway to Google for uncertain state assessments, included in the free execution allowance (see the Privacy Policy).

Only the Free plan is currently available, without a payment method. Basic and Pro are coming soon; prices and allowances will be announced when ready. New paid checkouts are closed.

• Allowance. Each registered account receives 10 executions per day, up to 3 starts per minute and 1 concurrent execution. The allowance resets at midnight UTC (09:00 Korea) and does not roll over.
• Counting. Each execution accepted by the server uses one unit, regardless of outcome. Requests refused before starting use no units. Repeated model and image assessments within that execution do not consume extra execution units. Resuming the same execution after approval does not consume another unit.
• Capacity. Global service capacity and per-execution assessment limits also apply. Busy periods or exhausted limits may prevent or stop execution. Actions already performed are not automatically reversed. The Usage page shows the server's remaining allowance and reset time.
• Separate services. External agents' fees are not included. Ppomi's own chat and voice agent is coming soon.
• Previous payments. If you previously paid, subscription management and your rights under the Refund Policy remain available. This free launch does not extinguish rights related to previous payments.

The Service depends on services we do not control: your MCP host, Google Chrome, the websites you visit, Neon (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Lemon Squeezy (payments) and the provider of the decision model, currently the Typesafe decision API (api.typesafe.ai). Their availability, terms and privacy practices are theirs. We are not responsible for content or conduct on third-party sites Ppomi visits on your instruction.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Ppomi.app and the extension on Macs you control, for your own use, in accordance with these Terms. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer the Service, or remove notices. Ppomi, the paw mark and the site are ours or our licensors'. Open-source components included in the app are licensed under their own terms; applicable notices are available in the distributed package or on request. Feedback you send may be used without obligation to you.

Content you instruct Ppomi to read or produce remains yours (or its owners'). We do not claim rights in it, and we do not store the page text or instructions you send for decisions beyond processing them (see the Privacy Policy).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTY THAT ERRANDS WILL BE COMPLETED CORRECTLY, ON TIME OR AT ALL. We do not warrant that the decision model will choose correctly, that sites will accept automated input, or that the approval card will catch every consequential action; the approval card is a safeguard, not a guarantee, and your review is the final control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived by contract (including under the laws of the Republic of Korea, the EU and the UK).

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data or goodwill, or for the actions Ppomi takes in third-party sites on your instruction or with your approval. Our total liability for all claims arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in that period and US$50. This limitation does not apply to liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury, or where the law does not allow it.

If you are a business user, you will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your instructions, your approvals, your breach of these Terms or your violation of third-party rights or site terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time; signing out of Ppomi.app revokes its token and deleting the app removes local data (see the Privacy Policy). To delete your account and server-side data, email help@muilyzz.com; we will complete a verified deletion request within 30 days, except for records that law requires us to retain. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, present a security or legal risk, or have been inactive for 24 consecutive months, and may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Sections 5, 6, 10–13, 15 and 16 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Disputes will be brought exclusively before the Seoul Central District Court, Republic of Korea, and each party submits to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, the Republic of Korea or elsewhere, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts; nothing in this section takes those rights away.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect; the effective date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. Previous versions are available on request.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign or transfer them to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, reorganisation, sale of assets or transfer of the Service, with notice where required by law. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. English is the controlling language; translations are provided for convenience.

만 18세 이상(거주지 법률상 성년 연령이 더 높으면 그 연령 이상)이고 법적으로 유효한 계약을 체결할 수 있어야 합니다. Ppomi는 이용자 본인의 계정과 브라우저 안에서 동작하는 유료 자동화 도구로, 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 18세 미만의 계정 보유를 허용하지 않습니다. 조직을 위해 이용하는 경우 그 조직을 대리할 권한이 있음을 확인하는 것입니다.

Ppomi는 이용자의 지시에 따라 Mac에서 "심부름"을 수행합니다.

• Ppomi.app은 macOS 앱입니다. 로그인과 세션 보관, 승인 카드 표시를 담당하고, 이용자가 확인한 경우에만 이미 사용 중인 MCP 호스트 설정(Cursor: ~/.cursor/mcp.json, Claude Desktop: claude_desktop_config.json)에 Ppomi 항목을 쓰고, 확장 프로그램이 앱과 통신할 수 있도록 Chrome 네이티브 메시징 호스트 매니페스트를 설치합니다.
• Ppomi MCP 서버는 앱 안에 포함되어 있고 공개 툴은 run 하나입니다. MCP 호스트(예: AI 어시스턴트)가 의도·대상·목표·완료 조건을 명시한 구조화된 작업과 함께 run을 호출하면 Ppomi가 이를 수행하고 상태와 페이지의 전·후 요약을 돌려줍니다.
• 눈과 손. Ppomi는 Chrome 확장 프로그램(활성 탭의 페이지 구조를 읽고 클릭·입력), macOS 손쉬운 사용(Accessibility)(앞 앱의 요소 트리를 읽고 포인터·키보드 조작), 그리고 요소에 접근 가능한 텍스트가 없을 때 기기 내 OCR(Mac에서 실행되는 Apple Vision)을 통해 관찰하고 행동합니다.
• 결정. 매 단계마다 Ppomi는 현재 페이지의 간략한 설명(제목, URL, 관찰 근거 최대 80개, 최근 8단계, 클릭 후보의 이름)을 회사 서버로 보내고, 서버는 제3자 결정 모델에게 그 닫힌 목록에서 한 가지 행동을 고르거나 중단하도록 요청합니다. Ppomi는 모델에게 임의의 화면 좌표를 클릭하게 하지 않습니다.
• 승인 카드. 결정 모델이 어떤 행동이 돈을 쓰거나 되돌릴 수 없는 제출·주문·삭제·전송·계정 변경일 수 있다고 판단하거나, 확장 프로그램이 클릭이 그런 요청을 보낼 것을 감지하면 Ppomi는 멈추고 Ppomi.app에 페이지, 행동, 이유, 로컬 스크린샷을 담은 승인 카드를 보여줍니다. 이용자가 승인을 누르기 전에는 진행하지 않습니다. 대기 중인 승인은 5분 후 만료됩니다.
• 예산. 각 run은 최대 24단계, 90초로 제한되며, 모델의 확신이 낮거나 이용자가 거절하거나 실행별 판단 한도에 도달하면 더 일찍 중단됩니다.

서비스는 초기 단계 소프트웨어로 변경 또는 중단될 수 있습니다. macOS 설치 파일은 공식 웹사이트에서만 내려받고 설치 전 macOS가 표시하는 보안 안내를 확인하십시오.

계정은 Neon Auth를 통해 제공됩니다. Google 계정 또는 이메일·비밀번호로 로그인할 수 있습니다. Ppomi.app은 짧은 웹 세션을 최대 90일간 유효한 앱 토큰으로 교환하며, 로그아웃(토큰 폐기) 또는 회사의 폐기로 종료됩니다. Mac, Google 계정, 비밀번호의 보안과 계정을 통해 이루어진 모든 행위는 이용자의 책임입니다. 부정 사용이 의심되면 즉시 help@muilyzz.com로 알려 주십시오.

Ppomi는 이용자를 대신하여, 이용자의 브라우저와 앱 안에서, 이용자의 로그인으로 행동합니다. 이용자는 다음을 인정합니다.

• 이용자(또는 이용자가 연결한 MCP 호스트)가 run에 보내는 모든 지시는 이용자의 지시이며, 그 내용과 결과에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 승인 카드에서 행동을 승인하는 것은 이용자의 결정입니다. 승인 전에 표시된 페이지, 행동, 이유를 읽으십시오. 승인되면 Ppomi는 이용자가 직접 클릭한 것과 똑같이 행동하며, 회사는 이를 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
• 자동화는 잘못 작동할 수 있습니다. 결정 모델이 잘못된 후보를 고르거나, 페이지가 도중에 바뀌거나, OCR이 픽셀을 잘못 읽거나, 사이트가 자동 입력을 차단할 수 있습니다. Ppomi는 확신이 낮으면 추측하지 않고 멈추도록 설계되었지만, 특히 돈·메시지·삭제·계정 설정과 관련된 결과는 이용자가 확인해야 합니다.
• Ppomi가 대신 방문하는 모든 웹사이트와 앱의 약관, 그리고 연결한 MCP 호스트(예: Cursor, Claude Desktop)의 약관은 계속 이용자에게 적용됩니다.

서비스를 다음 목적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

• 본인 소유가 아니거나 이용 권한이 없는 계정·시스템·데이터에 접근하거나 접근을 시도하는 행위, 사이트의 인증·CAPTCHA·속도 제한·유료 장벽 등 접근 통제를 우회하는 행위
• 사이트 약관, robots 지침, 관련 법률을 위반하여 콘텐츠나 개인정보를 수집·추출하거나 제3자 사이트에서 데이터셋을 만드는 행위
• 스팸, 괴롭힘, 사기 주문, 허위 리뷰 등 제3자를 속이거나 해치는 행위
• 회사 서버나 결정 API를 방해·과부하·역설계하는 행위, 자격 증명이나 앱 토큰을 공유·재판매하는 행위, 계정을 대량 생성하는 행위
• 실행 한도나 승인 카드를 우회하거나, 확인 없이 중대한 행동이 실행되도록 앱·확장 프로그램·MCP 서버를 변조하는 행위
• 타인의 민감정보(건강, 생체정보 등)나 이용자 소재지에서 불법인 콘텐츠를 처리하는 행위
• 제재 또는 수출 관련 법률상 금지된 곳에서 서비스를 이용하는 행위

회사는 위반이 합리적으로 의심되는 계정을 정지하거나 제한할 수 있습니다.

Ppomi는 동작을 위해 macOS의 손쉬운 사용(다른 앱을 읽고 조작) 권한과, OCR 또는 승인 카드를 위해 창을 캡처할 때 화면 기록 권한을 요청합니다. Chrome 확장 프로그램은 tabs, scripting 권한과 http://*/*, https://*/* 접근 권한을 요청하여 이용자가 지정한 탭을 읽고 조작합니다. 이 권한들은 시스템 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안, Chrome → 확장 프로그램에서 언제든 회수할 수 있으며, 회수되면 Ppomi는 조용히 실패하지 않고 진행할 수 없다고 보고합니다. OCR은 Apple Vision 프레임워크로 Mac 안에서만 실행되고, 이미지 전송은 기본적으로 꺼져 있습니다. 앱에서 이미지로 화면 이해를 허용하면 불확실한 판정을 위해 대상 창 이미지가 회사 서버·Vercel AI Gateway·Google 모델로 전달되며 이미지 판정은 무료 실행 횟수에 포함됩니다(개인정보 처리방침 참조).

현재는 무료 요금제만 이용할 수 있으며 결제 수단이 필요하지 않습니다. 기본·프로 요금제는 출시 예정이며 가격과 제공량은 확정 후 안내합니다. 현재 신규 유료 결제는 받지 않습니다.

• 실행 한도. 가입 계정마다 하루 10회, 분당 3회, 동시에 1개의 실행을 제공합니다. 매일 UTC 자정(한국 오전 9시)에 초기화되며 남은 횟수는 이월되지 않습니다.
• 계산 기준. 서버가 접수한 실행은 결과와 관계없이 1회입니다. 시작 전에 거절된 요청은 차감하지 않습니다. 한 실행 안의 반복 판단과 이미지 판정은 추가 실행으로 세지 않습니다. 같은 실행의 승인 후 재개도 새 횟수를 사용하지 않습니다.
• 운영 한도. 서비스 전체 이용량과 실행별 판단 횟수에 보호 한도가 있습니다. 요청이 몰리거나 한도에 도달하면 실행을 거절하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 이미 수행한 행동은 자동으로 되돌리지 않습니다. 실제 남은 횟수와 초기화 시각은 사용량 화면에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
• 별도 서비스. 외부 에이전트 이용료는 포함되지 않습니다. 뽀미 자체 챗·보이스는 출시 예정입니다.
• 기존 결제. 이전에 결제한 기록이 있는 경우 기존 구독 관리와 환불 정책의 권리는 유지됩니다. 무료 출시가 기존 결제에 관한 권리를 소멸시키지는 않습니다.

서비스는 회사가 통제하지 않는 서비스에 의존합니다. 이용자의 MCP 호스트, Google Chrome, 방문하는 웹사이트, Neon(인증·데이터베이스), Vercel(호스팅), Lemon Squeezy(결제), 그리고 결정 모델 제공자(현재 Typesafe 결정 API, api.typesafe.ai). 이들의 가용성, 약관, 개인정보 처리 관행은 각 업체의 것입니다. 회사는 이용자의 지시로 Ppomi가 방문하는 제3자 사이트의 콘텐츠나 행위에 책임지지 않습니다.

회사는 이용자가 통제하는 Mac에 본인 이용 목적으로 본 약관에 따라 Ppomi.app과 확장 프로그램을 설치·이용할 수 있는 개인적·비독점적·양도 불가·철회 가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다. 법률이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 서비스를 복제·수정·배포·판매·역설계하거나 고지를 제거할 수 없습니다. Ppomi, 발자국 마크, 사이트는 회사 또는 라이선서의 것입니다. 앱에 포함된 오픈소스 구성요소는 각자의 라이선스를 따르며, 관련 고지는 배포 패키지 또는 요청을 통해 제공합니다. 이용자가 보낸 피드백은 이용자에 대한 의무 없이 활용될 수 있습니다.

Ppomi에게 읽거나 만들게 한 콘텐츠는 이용자(또는 그 소유자)의 것입니다. 회사는 이에 대한 권리를 주장하지 않으며, 결정을 위해 보낸 페이지 텍스트와 지시를 처리 이외의 목적으로 저장하지 않습니다(개인정보 처리방침 참조).

서비스는 "있는 그대로", "이용 가능한 대로" 제공됩니다. 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 회사는 상품성, 특정 목적 적합성, 비침해, 그리고 심부름이 정확하게·기한 내에·또는 아예 완료될 것이라는 보증을 포함한 모든 명시적·묵시적 보증을 부인합니다. 회사는 결정 모델이 올바르게 선택할 것, 사이트가 자동 입력을 받아들일 것, 승인 카드가 모든 중대한 행동을 잡아낼 것을 보증하지 않습니다. 승인 카드는 안전장치이지 보증이 아니며, 이용자의 확인이 최종 통제 수단입니다.

본 약관의 어떤 조항도 계약으로 배제할 수 없는 소비자 관련 법률상의 권리(대한민국, EU, 영국 법률 포함)를 제한하지 않습니다.

법률이 허용하는 범위에서 회사는 간접·부수적·특별·결과적·징벌적 손해, 이익·데이터·영업권의 손실, 그리고 이용자의 지시나 승인으로 Ppomi가 제3자 사이트에서 수행한 행동에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 어느 12개월 기간에 서비스에서 발생하는 모든 청구에 대한 회사의 총 책임은 그 기간에 이용자가 회사에 지급한 금액과 US$50 중 큰 금액으로 제한됩니다. 이 제한은 고의 또는 중대한 과실, 사망 또는 신체 상해에 대한 책임, 그리고 법률이 허용하지 않는 경우에는 적용되지 않습니다.

사업자 이용자는 이용자의 지시, 승인, 본 약관 위반, 제3자 권리 또는 사이트 약관 위반에서 발생하는 청구로부터 회사를 방어하고 면책합니다.

이용자는 언제든 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. Ppomi.app에서 로그아웃하면 토큰이 폐기되고, 앱을 삭제하면 로컬 데이터가 제거됩니다(개인정보 처리방침 참조). 계정과 서버 측 데이터의 삭제는 help@muilyzz.com로 요청하십시오. 본인 확인된 삭제 요청은 법정 보존 대상 기록을 제외하고 30일 이내 처리합니다. 회사는 본 약관을 위반하거나 보안·법적 위험이 있거나 24개월 연속 이용하지 않은 계정을 정지·해지할 수 있으며, 합리적인 통지 후 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다. 제5, 6, 10~13, 15, 16조는 해지 후에도 유효합니다.

본 약관은 국제사법 규정과 국제물품매매계약에 관한 UN 협약을 제외한 the Republic of Korea 법률에 따릅니다. 분쟁은 the Seoul Central District Court, Republic of Korea에 전속적으로 제기하며 양 당사자는 그 관할에 따릅니다. EU, 영국, 대한민국 또는 그 밖의 지역의 소비자는 거주국 법률의 강행적 보호를 추가로 받으며 현지 법원에 소를 제기할 수 있고, 본 조는 그 권리를 박탈하지 않습니다.

회사는 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 효력 발생 최소 14일 전에 사이트 또는 이메일로 알리며, 상단의 시행일이 현재 버전을 나타냅니다. 그 날 이후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 이전 버전은 요청 시 제공합니다.

본 약관, 개인정보 처리방침, 환불 정책은 서비스에 관한 이용자와 회사 사이의 완전한 합의입니다. 일부 조항이 무효여도 나머지는 유효합니다. 이용자는 회사 동의 없이 본 약관을 양도할 수 없습니다. 회사는 합병, 조직개편, 자산 매각 또는 서비스 이전과 관련하여 법률상 필요한 경우 통지한 뒤 계열사나 승계인에게 본 약관을 양도·이전할 수 있습니다. 회사가 권리를 행사하지 않는 것은 포기가 아닙니다. 영어가 기준 언어이며 번역은 편의를 위한 것입니다.
